Correr por la paz en el mundo

Spain 30 May: Panillo - Campo

...we said Good-Bye to Spain

We spent our last night in Spain in the Buddhist Monastery Dag Shang Kagyü in Panillo, a most serene place in the Pyrenees.
The whole place spreads an atmosphere of peace and harmony - no surprise that our runners felt extremely well...
...the wind carries the prayers out into the whole world...
The Lama of the order received the torch and offered a prayer...
...after a short presentation we passed the torch to all members and visitors...
...we carried the torch three times around the Stupa...
...a beautiful mantric prayer, composed by the 17th Karmapa Rinpoche ended the meeting...
Thank you for the hospitality and the friendship!
...everybody took a few steps for peace!
...we said good-bye...
..a few monks joined us on our way out of Panillo...
...we left Panillo and went on to Campo, deep in the mountains...
..from the natural gorges to the man-made ones...
...the kids of the "Colegio Publico Cerbin" in Campo gave us a warm welcome...
...our last meeting in Spain was a great one. A cheerful Run ended a nice meeting..
...we received a school-shirt from the teachers...
Thank you Campo for the nice meeting!
